Orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail the Monday following the day of purchase. Orders placed on a Monday may not ship on the same day. Visit the USPS website for estimated delivery times.  Please note that your order may be delayed if the shipping address you provide in our webstore is different from the address you specify when you pay through PayPal.  In that case we will contact you to confirm which address to ship to.

Returns and Exchanges

Seriously desires that you (the “Customer”) have a positive, no hassle, experience. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you can return an item in original condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the merchandise purchase price. Refunds will be for the purchase price, in the original form of payment. Original delivery and handling charges are nonrefundable. Returns will not be accepted for opened CDs, digital downloads, or washed clothing. The Customer agrees to pay all associated shipping and handling charges for returns and exchanges.

Please follow these steps to return your item for return or exchange.

  1. Log into your account and navigate to your order history.  (via "My orders" link at the bottom of the page)

  2. Click the details link to the right of the order containing the item(s) you would like to return.

  3. Check the items that you would like to return and alter the quantities to reflect the quantities you would like to return.  Enter a reason for the return in the text box above the "Request an RMA" button.

  4. Click the "Request an RMA" button to submit your RMA request. After your request is submitted our customer support staff will review your RMA request. You will receive a response via email. If your RMA request is approved, you will receive an email indicating that your RMA status is "Waiting for package".

  5. After receiving your RMA status email, log into your account and click on the "My merchandise returns" link.

  6. Click the "Print out" link next to the RMA in question, print the PDF document that is displayed and follow the instructions on the document.

Please allow a minimum of 21 days for us to receive and process your return. We'll refund the value of the merchandise total and any taxes you were charged (excluding delivery and handling charges).
